Meet Monique, the data and systems manager at Stray Paws Animal Haven! With 12 years in the cat industry, Monique has been a powerhouse in animal welfare, especially regarding Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for community cats. Growing up, Monique loved animals and always dreamed of working with them. Though her journey didn't lead her to veterinary medicine, her passion for data and deep knowledge of cats have made her indispensable to our mission at Stray Paws.

Beyond managing day-to-day clinic schedules, Monique has honed her expertise in TNR, guiding participants on everything from equipment selection to best practices for handling community cats. Spaying and neutering pet cats is one thing, but Monique’s skill in safely trapping and transporting feral cats is unmatched. Her organizational ability and deep knowledge keep Stray Paws running smoothly and our programs effective.
